My NOTES for Genesis 1:
God and the Spirit were together, the first thing they do is call to Jesus to do it with them:
“Let there be light.” Gen. 1:3
I think this because Jesus told us: “I am the light of the world. … the light of life.” John 8:12 cut up
Day 1: Separated the light from darkness- (perhaps this separated good & evil.)
Day 2: Made us a heavenly home.
Day 3: Made us an earthy home.
Day 4: Made time for us to live in.
Day 5: Filled the waters and sky with life.
Day 6: Filled the land with life, made people and gave them the rules: Work, have kids, take care of it all, and eat vegetables.
Day 7: When He finished the good work- He rested.:
