God told Abraham that Sarah would birth him a son, and he laughed to himself- in joyous amazement!
In contrast when Sarah overheard the conversation from the three visitors she laughed in skepticism… as if to say, ‘Sure, right … now that I’m old and can’t enjoy or have energy for a child…now You give it to me? In my mind I hear her say- ‘Thanks but no thanks, I’m too old.’
