We must be faithful to the end… or it will be our end.

Quiet Time TAKEAWAY:
We must be faithful to the end… or it will be our end.

My NOTES:
– This is hefty and controversial; but today, (and probably for months ahead), I’m digging in the phrase: ‘Once saved always saved’.
Is it truth or Satan’s greatest lie?

There is a big difference between saying some words in Church and living rightly for the rest of your life. We think we can repent one time and then ignore God the rest of our lives. Why would we do this is we are true followers of Jesus?
Why does Scripture say we must endure faithfully to the end – if it’s a one and done event?

I’m questioning this pivotal teaching … I know not all teaching is truth, that is why God tells us to search it out in the Scriptures. I invite you to dig with me.

“… at that time many will turn away from the faith… but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.”
Matthew 24:10 & 13

“…be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure position. But grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
2 Peter 3:17
