Unexpected Birthday Song

My friend was in the hospital for 4 weeks as her body was shutting down. I went to see her as often as I could, and one day I went to visit was her 53th Birthday! I took her down the hall from her room just to give her a change of wall color. We went into a little ‘family’ room that was perfect just to ‘get away’.
After we were there a few minutes, a gentleman walked in with a violin case. He asked if we’d like him to play a song for us. Absolutely! He was a gifted musician, and attended a nearby university studying for his post master’s degree. He said he had a few hours free that afternoon, and decided to come play for the patients. He had only done it one other time, oddly today he wanted to do it again.
The private concert was a JOY! We praised God for sending one of HIS finest musicians to gift a song to my friend. She rejoiced in her heart knowing God is seeing her in this hard place and that HE has sent her this gift of music.
