My grandson, Matthew, was 17 years old when he was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (Grade 4 cancerous tumor on the brain) on 9/4/2007). The tumor had embedded itself into 50% of the frontal lobe. They removed 52% of the lobe, with success.
It was a Miracle! He has no deficiencies. Glory to God!
He had intense radiation & chemo for 6 months, then 1 1/2 yrs. of chemo pills.
After 2 years, Matthew went into remission. There is not a 5 year window with this type of cancer as it is so deadly.
At his last appointment in 2013, his doctor informed him & his mother that most people that have this type of cancer are dead within 1 year. Only 1% survives. Mathew is the 1%.
People all over prayed for Matthew; he had great family support along with the church family, the whole High School Senior class, their parents & lots of friends.
His faith was strong as he stood & believed God that he was healed. Matthew believed from start to finish that God healed him.
It has now been 6 years to the Glory of God!
Blessings to you,
Phyllis (Grandmother of Mathew) – South Shore of Boston
